Creating flow reading a very large Excel file (Equivalent VLookUp)

Hello everyone,

I am having 3 Excels file with more than 400.000 rows.
These file are not created by myself so i can't modify the creation process of the file.

I have a Sharepoint list with two columns A & B. Let's says the values are A1/B1 | A2/B2 | A3/B3 | A4/B4.
I want to get all the rows from my Excel file where Column A & B correspond to the value of my Sharepoint list.
It is not very difficult, except that the Excel files are more than 400.000 rows. 
So the Flows is taking forever, and the Flow limitations doesn't help...

I saw some solutions using Microsoft Graph, but i never managed to find a good tutorial to put this solution in place.
