So I have built a PowerApp that serves as our new visitor registration app. The automated flow template for sending an email when a new sharepoint item is created does work as described. The only trouble that Automated Flows have is that it can take up to 5 minutes for them to trigger, not great when someone is waiting for you at the front desk.
I am now looking to trigger the flow using the instant flow and a button in powerapps. Where I am coming unstuck is how do I parse the correct information through. I need to pull the email address from the people data card ( its the person/group field type in a sharepoint list ), The name of from the form data and the company. As below, I can input the 'Person Visiting_DataCard1' but how do I get the email address?
