Creation a flow with D365 Business Central on Sales Order

I am trying to create a flow that will send an email to someone if an order is created with an item that the quantity entered on the order is below the inventory quantity.

I am not even sure if it's possible to do that...

The issue I am seing here is that I am able to access the fields related to the SalesOrderLines table but not the Items table...can I create a link between the two tables to be able to access the fields of the item table on my flow??

Thanks !

Re: Creation a flow with D365 Business Central on Sales Order

The point here is , in my opinion, that we are not able to work with custom API's from Power Automate that are available in Business Central. Imagine that it was possible to use custom API's from the Power Automate Business Central connector, the problem could easily be solved by creating a custom API on Items.

As long as only the API's from the standard application are supported, the solution is not powerful enough to create real value in a Business Central proposition. It can however be used to perform certain tasks, but the possibilities are now narrowed to the entities defined in the standard API's.
