Is it possible to have a condition compare the previous value of a field to the current value?

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

 

I afraid that there is no condition to compare the previous value of a field to the current value directly in Microsoft Flow currently. But you could consider take a try to customize a column to store the previous value of a field, then add a condition to compare the current value to the custom column value.
