Hello everyone!
Im trying to build a flow for my company's customer return. In that i need to build a sharepoint list with around 18 columns such as return number, customer number, customer name, date and user. After the customer service people add these items in the list it send an email to the warehouse people for further actions. They they are supposed to add certain items in the same list and then i need a approval email to the Customer service department to check the data and add further columns in the list.
Is there a way?

Hi @zak15303 , thank you for your post in the Flow Community.
The simple answer to your question is yes, there is a way. How far have you gotten? Have you attempted the Flow as of yet or just really thinking it through just now?
I ask, as if you haven't started, if it were I starting this process I would use the following template and build on it from there
Start approval when a new item is added
This creates an approval process and is triggered by a new item in a SharePoint list.
Will this help you get started perhaps?
If you have found my post helpful, please mark thumbs up.
Any other questions, just ask.
Thanks, Alan

Thank you for your quick reply. I am checking this now if this works.
Hi @zak15303 , perfect!
What i'd say now is, get this hooked up to a mock list (or your real list, whichever you are happiest with), see if you can get it working as expected and if you get stuck, post a new thread with pictures of your Flow and where you are hitting an issue and either I, or another will be happy to try and step you on again.
Happy Flowing!
