Customer type

I'm writing a flow to generate a name and as part of it I need to access the name of the contact or account in my Payment Received From field, which is of Customer type. I've seen a condition control used to determine if the value is of contact or account type, but I can't quite figure out the syntax. When I try to use my Received From (type) field, no value is returned, so I'm not able to check if it is equal to Contact.

How can I determine the type of a Customer field?

Thank you!

Hello @allyseh

could you confirm that the field ‘Received from (type)’ has a value.

this can be done by looking inside the body of the list/Get record above the condition.

Hi @allyseh,

You could share an instance of the Received From, including type, value, etc. (Please shield personal information)

To get the instance, list records action will be valuable, it will get each item's details and what will get when you extract.
