I'm more or less trying to set up a process so that other users (within my org) can request a selected e-mail from me (details below).
I currently recieve e-mails (with a unique header) that contain some information. If another user want's that information they currently have to request from me, I have to locate it, and then forward it to them. Ideally I'd like a flow (if possible) that would read their request (the subject line of the request would include the unique header), find the e-mail that I was already sent with the matching header and forward it to them.
I also have a SharePoint they have access to, so if I could spin the text off into a word document and stick it on the SharePoint, that would also work. I'm not having any success connecting to the SharePoint site though.
No experience with flows, so any help would be appreciated!
Hi @user53,
I have made a test on my side and please take a try with the following workaround:

The flow works successfully as below:

Thanks! Is there a way to connect this to a Shared Inbox as well?
Hi Kris,
What should my "Message ID" be for the "Get E-mail" action. As well, when I try and select an output from the previous steps, the only options are Attachments.
Thanks!
Hi @user53,
Making a connection to a Shared mailbox is not supported in Office 365 Outlook connector of Microsoft Flow currently.
If you want to use “Get E-mail” action, you should provide a Message ID content which may be obtained within previous steps.
Best regards,
Kris
