Data Policies: 'shared_excelonlinebusiness' and 'shared_sendmail' connectors

Hello

I'm attempting to build a Flow which slurps up data from a Sharepoint Excel file, prepares it for an email, and sends it via the Mail connector to a ticketing system email to automatically generate tickets based on Excel data.  I'm currently still using the Trial environment.

However, I receive the error "Configured data policies prevent activation of flows which use the 'shared_excelonlinebusiness' and 'shared_sendmail' connectors." when attempting to turn on this Flow.

I double-checked the Data Policies in the Admin section, but I'm unsure if my configuration is correctly configured.  There is a Tenant data policy which seems to be persistent and doesn't allow Excel (Business) and Mail connectors to be used in conjunction, but I've also configured my own data policy which does allow Excel (Business) and Mail connectors to be used in conjunction.

Will the Tenant policy always override my own policy?

Utilizing both Excel (Business) and Mail connectors together would greatly increase the efficiency of generating this emails and tickets automatically.

Thanks for your help and consideration.

James

Hi @v-jaslah ,

I afraid that the Tenant policy would would override personal policy for the same connector as you mentioned.

Best regards,
