Data dont fill in the Word document

Hello, im building a powerapp, which is basicly a form. My flow should get the data, write it in the Excel table and create a PDF from a Word template. I can see it fills the data in Sharepoint library but the template and the PDF are both empty. I have the XML fields in Word (fast particles). I think there is something wrong with the template file Pruvodka_new.docx since its values are all empty. Thx for help.flow.PNG

Hi @Pechy92

Most likely this might be a timing issue. Add a Delay action step after the create file.

Thanks

Hi @Pechy92 ,

If I get it right you are populating word file with repetitive data in it. Please go through the following url to populate a word template

Hi @Pechy92

Thanks for your reply. Could you please check your run history and see the Create file SharePoint is successfully done or not. Also expand every single step and do an inspect.

Thanks

Hi @Pechy92,

Your template doc file (Pruvodka_new.docx) is empty, right?

I think the reason why the doc file and PDF file created are empty is that you didn't put the data in. In your Flow, I don't see any steps to place the data.

If you want to make these data in the Excel file could append into the doc template, you should use the following action:

If you not familiar with it, please refer to the tutorial provided by @ManishJain.
