I found a possible workaround in this thread. Using the translate text option:

Just to double check, are the Power Automate settings of the account you are using to create the flow set to Français and France.

I don't have a translator subscription, I can't do it.
Finally, I subscribed the day of the week so I use:
formatDateTime(utcNow(), 'dddd dd-MM-yyyy')
