Date and time issue when importing excel data to SharePoint list

Hi, need help. issues passing formula 

addDays(‘1899-12-30’,int(first(split(variables(‘varDate1’), ‘.’))),’yyyy-MM-dd’)  to expression in SP Create item. Every time i press ok , it gives me a message < Expression is invalid.

Any ideas why? Your help is much appreciated.

the expression looks fine, I'd just check if you're using the right character for the single quotes. But if you're importing data from Excel using the 'List rows present in table' action, you can take the dates directly in the ISO format (no need for the expression). Just select that you want them in ISO 8601 in the advanced settings.
