Date format for 'Update event (V2)?

I would like to update a calendar event start with a date from 'When an item is created or modified'.

Since the source date should have minutes added to it I created a variable 'evenStart' like so:

addMinutes(triggerBody()?['PublishedDate'],10)

If I use this variable as the 'Start time' parameter in 'Update event (V2)' I get an unspecified error.

{
"status": 400,
"message": "At least one property failed validation.\r\nclientRequestId: 62ecfaee-6910-4ff4-9a30-99c34e791769\r\nserviceRequestId: 8546bded-3621-47ea-84fe-338b045f90f1",
"source": "office365-we.azconn-we.p.azurewebsites.net"
}

I suspect it's due to the different date formats.

If I take a look at 'End time' which I did not change the output shows

2018-11-16T10:15:00.0000000+00:00

However, the variable that I put in the 'Start time' field reads

2018-11-16T10:40:00Z

I know of the formatDateTime() function but I have no idea what the format is.

How would I have to change formatDateTime(variables('eventStart'),'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ')?

Thanks for your help.
