For some reason, whenever I use the formatted date, the output of the string shows up on Google Sheet with an extra ' in front of the date.
It does not happen using just utcNow() and it does not happen if the format is ISO 8601 default.
Both input and output seem fine without that extra character as well.
Does anyone know why? Is it a Google Sheet thing when a date is entered?

Hi @alice1
The ' is the Google Sheets character to signal that it's plain text and should not be considered either a formula or some kind of specific text.
So that's why you're getting that character. I don't use Google Sheets, but is there a way to configure a column as a Date like in Excel?
Hope this helps you.
