Decrement Variable functionality does not work

Hello,

I am facing an issue with the Decrement Variable functionality and I do not find a way to resolve it, so now I wonder if it is me or there is some kind of a glitch.

When I try to include a Decrement Variable step in my flow, it does not allow me to select a name in the drop-down menu - it is all greyed out. I tried in different test flows too, but the result is the same.

Do you have any idea why this is happening?
