Deep Link from Email not Displaying Data in PA Form

I have created a Power App. One screen is a form set to either 'View' (from a Gallery) or 'Edit' (by button on the same screen).

I have the 'Form' screen set to be the main/first screen through the app.

I have a Flow that sends and email with a deep link to the app. However, when the app opens from the link no data populates the form, even though I the user clicks on any of the buttons the rest of the app provides all the required data. 

From the email the form only provides 'Getting your data...'
