Delete List Items >= 90 Days and Not Modified >= 90 Days

Every 60 days I need to run a flow that deletes records that are >= 90 days

I have a list that has a column called Role Status and the only two values in that column are "Active" or "InActive"

For roles that are inactive >= 90 days AND NOT modified in 90 days

How can I acheive this?
