I am trying to get a list of rows deleted in a excel table every day. But so far, I am unable to get my filtered lines deleted. I am certainly do not get KeyColum and KeyValue right in my workflow.
If anyone who got it working and can share its experience?

I am afraid that you have to make some changes on the action Delete a row.
In the action Delete a row, we are asked to select a column from the drop-down and enter the Key value.
I have made a test likes below for your reference.
In the action Delete a row, select the column from the dropdown, and enter the following code in the Key value field:
item()?['name']
