Hi, with the help of this community I was able to have a very well working flow. See topic
What I really would like to do now is to delete the email. The starting trigger in the flow is 'When a new email arrives v3' -shared inbox-. Then a little process starts and ends with saving an attachment in a specific folder.
What would be really great is to delete the email at the end of this process, in order to clean up the always growing inboxes. However, I can't get it to work. Even not with Delete Email with the 'Messgae Id'.
I can't find a similar topic but also can't imagine that this is an unique question.
The whole flow.

There is no Power Automate action that allows for the deletion of an email from a Shared Mailbox. You might consider creating a rule in the Outlook web app that deletes emails after a specified period of time. Here is a link to get you started.

Thanks Scott for the quick reply! That's unfortunate but still an answer. Do you think it will come one day? Kind regards. Art
One thing to note - the rule may not run until someone opens the mailbox (client side rule).
