Re: Difference between Office 365 Send an Email and Outlook Send an Email actions

Hi @WillyD44,

If you want to use “Send an Email” action of Office 365 Outlook connector, you must provide an Office 365 account to create a connection to Office 365 outlook connector rather than your personal outlook account.

If you want to use “Send an Email” action of Outlook.com connector, both an office 365 account and a personal outlook account (xxxxx@outlook.com) could create a connection to Outlook.com connector.

Best regards,

Kris

Re: Difference between Office 365 Send an Email and Outlook Send an Email actions

Hi @v-xida-msft. I know this thread is old, but wanted to ask you something.

I'm using this code to send an email:

'Outlook.com'.SendEmail(
    Office365Users.MyProfile().Mail,
    "Form",
    OfflineForm.HtmlText,
    {IsHtml:true});

Some of my users get the following error:

One or more of your connections may not be authenticated. Tap here to fix them

Clicking the error message does nothing. User has to close browser then reopen to be prompted for Multifactor Authentication. THEN after they have authenticated, the email will go through without errors.

I'm unsure if the error pertains to Outlook.com.SendEmail in conjunction with Office365Users or their authentication when using browser.

Do you know how I can troubleshoot this?
