I have a flow with trigger as below.
When an item is created or modified
There is a delay of 7 days and it sends an email to author to delete the post as it is an year old.
Now the issue is, if someone edits this post before 7 days, it starts another workflow and send another email. I want to disable to options in first email as people might get confused between 1st & 2nd email. Any options to do this?

I made some tests on my side, I am afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.
I suggest you use different "Subject" or add some mark in these two email to distinguish them.
