Do Until Item is Modified in Sharepoint

Hey Everybody,

I'm having a little trouble building a flow. I use another flow to input information into a sharepoint list. I need a flow that will send emails every 2 weeks until an item characteristic changes from no to yes inside the sharepoint list. Please advise.

Use a recurrence trigger to run the flow every two weeks.  Then in the flow do a get items filtered on the Yes/No field.  Use an apply to each loop to send the emails for the items where the characteristic is still no.

do you think you can be a little more in depth about this? I already have a lot of information in the list and I don't want to test it with every single item that has a no attached. Thanks

For testing purposes you can easily add a Top count of 5 to the Get items.  That way it would never return more than 5 items.  But that should be enough to show you whether the process is working or not without retrieving all the items.  Once you are done testing remove the Top count setting.

Do i type this in the filter query field? The name of the column is "documents attached" and I also want to filter by another column as well called project status and only use values that say "not yet processed". If you could walk me through this, that would be great because I'm pretty confused.

Is documents attached a Yes/No column in SharePoint?  Or single line of text?

It's a choice column and the choices are yes/no

I tested this flow, but it failed.
