Hi @v-alzhan-msft

Thank you for reply!

Interesting, what does the exist mean in the initialise variable? Doe

Does this flow you sent still achieve the same process I had in my flow? i.e. if person ones name exists in list 2, then use the 'city' value in list 2 to update list 1.

What was the wrong part in the flow I sent - just trying to understand 🙂

Thank you!

Hi @jay312 ,

I create a variable to record if the email address is exist in list 2, if exists, the variable would be set true, and if don't, the variable would still be false, so the email could be sent.

Best regards,

Hi @v-alzhan-msft ,

Thanks for the reply.

Am I meant to keep the email condition that you drew a red line on?

It seems to not pick up the if email in list 1 = email in list 2 condition so the last part is not working/ being picked up.

EDIT. Hmm I still seemed to be getting 3 emails instead of 1.

Hi @jay312 ,

Please share the full screenshot of the flow.

Hi @jay312 ,

No.

Just create the flow the same as the screenshot that I have provided...

Don't update anything...
