Dynamic Approvers - Array error

Hi

I'm following another great video created by @RezaDorrani on building an approval flow using a dynamic list of approvers.

I've hit a problem with the People Picker section (19:58 - 22:46).

1. The Get Items function returns an array which is queried by a Select function (within a loop) to obtain the email of the required approver

2.  The error I receive reports that an array has not been passed into the Select function:

3.  The schema of the list used in the Get Items function is below:

Many Thanks

Warren

Hi @Warren_Gibbs

Does your Approvers column allow multiple selections?

If Yes, please change Approvers email to use the expression:

item()?['Email'] like below and try again.

Hope the content above may help you.

Hi Warren,  I came across your issue after searching my flow problem.

I had exactly the same problem as you.   I think the main problem was my column was set to No for "Allow multiple selections".  Hence it wasn't an array.  It now works.  That youtube video was amazing.  I hope this helps you too.  And a big thank you to v-LilyW-msft.

Perfect solution!   Many thanks @v-LilyW-msft and @JanetStef

Hello together and @v-LilyW-msft and @JanetStef

I´ve a similar problem. I´d like to crap the name, as I´d like to update the sharepoint list with the name the approval has been sent to. So I tried to solve it as described above, but instead of Email I took DisplayName. But as you can see the OUTPUT is always the name with the name of the company. Could this be the problem and how can I solve it.

Many thanks in advance
