Dynamic Content Menu Format Changed - No Expressions

Using both Edge and Chrome, the Power Apps Flow Dynamic Content Menu has changed format. The menu now appears to be constrained within the CSS "box" of the previous item, all fields appear, and the "Expressions" tab has disappeared. Any idea how to get the expressions menu back?

Re: Dynamic Content Menu Format Changed - No Expressions

I found the solution in another post, which only appeared after I posted this (of course). Zooming out on the browser (to less than 100%) restored the previous format for the dynamic content menu. Interesting.
