I have a 4 step flow that is related to a Dynamics 365 instance via the CDS:
I have this Flow set up on another entity called Support Cases and it works fine. All I have done is copy this flow but it's not working. The reason why is as follows - in step 2 none of the fields that are related to the entity show up as options for Dynamic content (the one I need in particular is Marketing Request).
If I go to step 3 the field I need shows up (see above)!. I literally have no idea why this would happen? Has anybody dealt with a similar situation? Just FYI the entities are part of a solution and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it? Thanks in advance guys

Please check if you have selected the correct Environment in your step2 when you couldn't choose the Marketing Request Entity, I'm afraid that you have not selected the correct Environment in your step2.
Also please take a try to create the flow from blank to see if the issue still exists.

I had made sure to select the correct environment which is why I'm finding it so baffing. I've also tried to creat a flow from scratch and I'm still getting the same issue. I can't understand why. What would you suggest I do next?
