Dynamic, multiple e-mail address in one mail based on MS Form answers

Hi All,

I try to make an automatic notification system with MS Forms. The form also contains a point where it ask about the departments who need to be informed. You can select multiple departments and each department has multiple e-mail addresses.

I would like to send the notification in one mail and without an excel table (but only if it's possible).

I would be really happy if someone would have a good solution for this. 😄

Cheers! Thanks!

Could add each departments addresses to a variable.

Initialise a variable then call it later based on the form results inside your Send an email  action
