Dynamics 365 Sales Flow

I am trying to build something like "Receive a weekly email summary of new Dynamics 365 opportunities" from the On The Go 11 featured flows for your sales team.

How do you tie in a second list records?  I wanted to add the user who created the opportunity by adding a list record of User since Opportunity owner is a UID and does not resolve to a name.

The problem I have is it then maps a user to all open opportunities in the system rather than just adding the user to the subset of opportunities added in the last week.

I'm sure it's something simple that I am missing.

Re: Dynamics 365 Sales Flow

Hi @csdoherty ,

You could add a "Filter Array" action under the "List records" action to filter the opportunities added in the last week, the screenshot of the flow should as below:

The expression in the "Filter Array" should as below:

@greaterOrEquals(formatDateTime(addDays(item()?['createdon'], 7), 'yyyy-MM-dd'), formatDateTime(utcNow(), 'yyyy-MM-dd'))
