Dynamics 365 and Office 365 Group associated with an Account Entity

I would like to send a copy of the contents of a Note to the Office 365 Group associated with an Account Entity but I am not sure how I find out the name of the O365 Group for that particular account.  I can post the Note content to a general email address no issue, but I want to dynamically select the appropriate group and send the email.  Is there a straightfoward way to pull the O365 Group email address from the Account Entity?  Thanks!

This only pulls Groups in general.  I am wanting to know the specific Group name associaed with an Account Entity in CRM.  I would imagine it would be similare to how when I click on Office 365 Group in Account in CRM and it pulls the appropriate Group Sharepoint site.  I would think there is a field in CRM that makes that association.
