Dynamics 365 attachments management

Hello, I m using flow to attachments management for incidents entity..

 I have used this documentation to made the flow -> https://www.inogic.com/blog/2018/05/move-dynamics-365-attachments-to-sharepoint-using-microsoft-flow...

But now i want to build a flow to all my entities... Can I do this with only one Flow? I hava build a flow that create a folder based in "Relative URL", but my SharePoint integration have a hierarchical folder structure (i.e., based off of Account). For example: I have created a note to contact "teste1", who is from the account "crmCloud" -> Im my sharepoint the attchament must be in crmCloud_id/contacts/teste1_id/attachment. In the flow that i have create are creating a folder in this way teste1_id/attachment.

Please help me.

Hi @DanHenrique,

It seems that you would like to create the attachment in SharePoint under corresponding sub folders.

Following the instruction of the blog you provided, please just try to add actions Get record to get the relative account and contact, and then select the dynamic content from each action and use them in the Folder path field of action Create file.

Please take the following screenshot for a reference:

Yes, this is the solution that i was thinking. But, i faced a problem.

I don't know wich will be the regarding type of the note, it can be: Account, Contact, Oportunity, Incident. So when I add action Get record to get the Regarting Type of the Note of the Regarding i don't know how to take the "Accont Name" -> The fields have different names:

// Incident
"_customerid_value":
  "_customerid_type": "accounts",

// Contact
 "_parentcustomerid_value": ,
  "_parentcustomerid_type": "accounts",

// Account
"accountid": "59c37c17-9612-e911-a97f-000d3ac009b4",
