Email Parsing HTML To Text (Multiple People)

Hi,

Any idea how I would use Power Automate to parse an email to update a SharePoint list when the email is setup like the following  email body below?  I plan to read the shared inbox for the emails that contain a certain subject line.
Each email could have 1 or more person's information in it.  Each person's info is separated by " -----------------------------------------------"

I want to take that person's information and add a separate entry per person in the list (EMP NO, EMP NAME, TERM DATE).   I know I would use the html to text function, but I'm not sure how to handle the rest of it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Email Body:

EXTERNAL: Be CAUTIOUS, particularly with links or attachments.

The following individuals have separated as of XX-XXX-XX.

  -----------------------------------------------

  EMP NO:       123

  EMP NAME:     Doe, John W

  HIRE DATE:    XX-XXX-XXXX

  TERM DATE:    XX-XXX-XXXX

  JOB:          Redacted-

  ORG:          Redacted

  LOCATION:     Redacted

  STATE:      XX

  REASON:

* -----------------------------------------------

  EMP NO:       456

  EMP NAME:     Doe2, Jane

  HIRE DATE:    XX-XXX-XXXX

  TERM DATE:    XX-XXX-XXXX

  JOB:          Redacted-

  ORG:          Redacted

  LOCATION:     Redacted-

  STATE:      XX

  REASON:

  -----------------------------------------------

Well, I figured it out.  It's not the cleanest solution (takes 30 seconds to run). But, if anyone is stuck on the same problem, then I can share more details on what I did.
