Email a list of people with specific attachment for each using OneDrive

Hi all,

I am trying to build a flow that will send each person in a list a personalised document.

The document is populated by an excel and naming convention also driven by Excel column data.

I am trying to build a flow that will identify person A's named document and attach that document to the email for Person A, and so on for Person B, C, D, etc.

I am struggling with file and content extraction and can tell by the dynamic content options available when adding the attachment content that something is wrong.

There seems to be a lot of good support available when using Sharepoint but nothing I can find when routing through OneDrive, could someone help?

Flow as follows:

Thanks,

Pierce

Hi @PierceGregory

Has your problem been solved?

Agree with @ScottShearer ,you can find the file corresponding to the user according to the user's name by using Find files in folder action.

I set up a flow, you can refer these below screenshots.

This is my test excel and Automate folder.

After flow runs, users will receive an email and the attachment name is the same as themselves.

@PierceGregory

Try using Find files in a folder rather than list files.  That will allow you to specify search criteria.
