Email body to Sharepoint list

I'want to build a flow wich extracts email body to text and then save this text in columns of sharepoint list. I dont know how to break this text in pieces to put eaxh peace in a column of sharepoint list. I know i need to work with substring but i dont know how to put this into practice. Can someone help please?
