Email from Forms to users: depending on decision in forms

Hi all,

Hopefully this is an easy one. We've recently setup a feedback form on our intranet. The intranet sits across several countries each of which have their own comms team. I'm trying to setup a flow to email a specific comms team or user when someone from their division responds to the form. 

All the divisions are listed within the form, and we want to set it up so it will email the correct user depending on the division they select in the form.  

Is Flow able to do 'if else' statements like this? alternatively, any hints or tips on where to find info?

Yes, Flow does "if" statements by using a condition which you will find grouped under the Control actions.

In addition, you may not need to ask the user where they are or in which Division they live.  Take a look at the Get User Profile action under Office 365 Users.  You may be able to pull the users country, location, etc. from there.
