Email notifications based "To" line conditions

Hi Everybody,

New to Flow, trying to build a Flow that will recognize two cases and alert me on them accordingly:

1. I am included in the "To"

2. I am the only one in the "To"

Read a little but got lost.

How should I go about it ?

Please try following method to configure Flow.

Use "is equal to" to check if I am the only one in the "To".
