When accessing pending approvals via the Flow app in Teams (accessed via the ... on the left sidebar) there are two options Approve and Rejected.
If the ... is selected two more options appear Email requester and Reassign.
At the moment if I click on 'Email requester' nothing happens. Is there something I need to add to my flow to enable this function?
When clicking the ellipsis, two options Email requester and Reassign will be displayed. Then I select the Email requester, it returned the following info to ask me to add an account. Then I follow the steps add my Office 365 account.
How about it on your side? When you click the Email requester, does nothing happen?
Will the Reassign work for you?
Which Flow Plan are you using? Could you also try to clear cache to see if it will work?

The reassign function does work with no problem.
I ran into the problem with the 'email requester' function while testing an approval flow- since it was a test I was both the submitter and the one actioning the approval. The system appears to have picked up on this and disabled the email requester feature - presumably for the reason of ' why would you want to email yourself?'. So my initial question has been resolved.
However, I do have a new issue running off the back of the first one. I am using the "Start approval when a new item is added" flow template.
Since I can't test this on myself I have asked colleague Y to make a change to the list that kicks off the approval request and have added colleague W to the 'Assigned To' box in the approval flow.
When W selects the 'email requester' option on Y's pending approval a blank outlook message opens with my email in the To field not Y's email. How do I get the flow to put Y's email in the To field instead of mine?
