Email subject - Flow

Hello there,

I use my scanner to send myself emails with attachments. Then I built flows to help me organize these attachments into folders on sharepoint etc.

My question is right now im using the "SUBJECT" from my scanner to help flow differentiate what attachment is what.

How can I tell flow to check for different subjects to perform flows

Im currently using the following

I use letters for shortcuts.

But i've noticed because im using condition, and i have about 15 different flows just for my scanner, everytime I scan something all flows are activated and running trying to check whether the condition is met or not and that sometimes causes errors with the flows and it gives me error (trigger error or webhook error or too many requests error)

I've noticed it eventually process all the requests but again sometimes if i scan two emails at the same time both under same condition, flow gets mixed up because it might process something before another.

THanks guys

TL:DR

How do I trigger flow based on email subject from specific letters in my subjects

Hi @Towaiji ,

You can use Subject Filter to filter emails, please refer to this link:

Or you can directly set the trigger conditions to check whether the subject starts with the specified character.
