I created my first Flow. I have 'When a new email arrives v(2)" then 'Create an ICM incident'. It works great except I'm trying to to figure out how to put the body of the mail in the ICM incident. RIght now it is blank. I tried adding 'Body' under Attachments Item -1 but that failed. What is a good way to have the body of an email put in the ICM alert?
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi @KevinC ,
Try configuring the email body in Description field.
Or configure the email body in Summary field of the Create or update an IcM incident action.
Please take a try.
Best Regards,
Thanks for the response. Although, can you describe where these settings are? I don't see them in the ICM connector optoins
Hi @KevinC ,
Please try configuring the email body in Description field.
Best Regards,
Is there a way to update the "Summary" of the incident through "Create IcM Incident"? I only see the option for "Description". This adds details to the discussion, whereas the summary which be much more helpful.
Thanks!
