Email to Sharepoint List Comment


I have a flow that when someone emails a specific address, it creates a sharepoint item in a list.

I'd like it so if they reply IE email subject contains "RE", it adds the reply to the comments field

Is this possible?

I take it, it would have to match the subject somehow to the item? Each case has a unique ID so that could be added

Do you mean that Subject contains a unique case ID?

If so, you can create a new field in the List to store the ID.

Use WDL function to extract the ID contained in Subject, and use Get items-Filter Query in IF yes branch to filter out the items with the same case ID in the list.

Then use Update item action to update the comments field.
