Im looking to set up a ticketing system in sharepoint, got it working with flow to accept emails and create items and send confimation emails, the problem I'm having is I cannot get it to update items.
Basically what I want to achieve is that users can reply to the confirmation email and if Email Subject contains "Index" field, which is basically the ID field as a string then it should append the body of the email to the description.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

Could you please share an example or more details about the Subject that contains "Index" field?

Above is the flow setup, "Index" is set by another update item to = [ID] to get around the fact that subject is a string and ID is an integer, so index is a string with the ID number, I don't know if theres an easier way to get around this
