Email tracking with a Sharepoint List



In my MS flow I need to track the number of email notifications that are sent when an item is delayed to the creator of the item .


I want to track if the email was sent already for the particular delayed item, and if the email was already sent I want to skip it.

This is what I have thus far:

However, when I test this out, it stops at the condition at the Apply to each 3 step:

This is the exact formula that I have in the condition step:

Please let me know if this is incorrect, or if there is a better way of doing this. Thank you!

It's difficult to see what's going wrong without seeing the data. I could look into this via a screen share if required. Another way to think is add a column called Email Send Yes/No. Filter the list where email send is Yes. Also one the email is sent then update the list column to Yes.
