I have a flow which sends and email with options to a Group, and then, with the selected option updates a list in SP. The email with option has a time out of 28 days and what I want to add now is a reminder, 4 days before the flow expires, to all these people who didn't select any option.
I had tried this: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Reminder-for-quot-email-with-options-quot... , but sent the reminder to all the group, even if they have already chosen an option.
This is a screenshot of my flow:
Thanks a lot.
Hello @Saul85 ,
I believe there's no direct way how to recognize inside the flow who already selected an option and who didn't. But if you're storing that information in a separate list, you could add a separate flow to send the reminders.
There would be 2 prerequisites (you could store the data in another SP list, let's call it Configuration list):
Then it would be a scheduled flow that would run every day:
Thanks a lot for your help.
I will have to adapt what you suggested to fulfil my requirements.
I was wondering that I could filter who selected the option and who didn't inside the flow.
