Hello,
We are using the "Send an email with options" action to start a legacy approval process (due to most of our company not using teams and therefore not suitable to used modern approvals process).
During testing we've been asked whether we can add the Approve button to the SharePoint list item that needs approving - from some google searching and trawling through the posts on here, it doesn't look like that is an option?
The next step I'm thinking is (correct me if you think there are other options) would be to include the details of what needs approving in the actual email that comes through so that the Approver doesnt need to visit the SharePoint list item to see what they're approving.
If this is the next logical step then I have a couple of questions..
My workflow (Logic Apps) has a couple of conditions:
1) (as below) if Q17 is equal to "true" then send an email with options.
else
2) Or if Q1, Q3, Q10, Q15, Q16 is equal to "true" then send an email with options.
The trouble with how we've named the columns is that its not easy for the average manager to know what each of these questions refer to.
Is there a way of somehow putting each question into a variable or something like that so that if any of the questions are equal to "True" we can append these into the email along with the full question name and provide the response from the user underneath this?
Thanks,
Any input or suggestions would be helpful.
