Embed Flow Outlook approval ability in Dynamics workflow

Is there a way to embed a Flow in a Dynamics workflow that would allow someone to repond Approved or Not Approved with Comments via an Outlook email back to Dynamics CRM?

The busines currently has built out a complex global matrix approval process based on a Dynamics CRM opportunity and custom entity it is done in(Bids) that is all Manuel via Outlook. We have now built in Dynamics custom code that sends email to approver (Dynamics workflow)who then has to click the link to the record to open it and approve. It has not been published because the ability to respond to the Outlook email approved or not approved with comments on their phone is the final requirement from executives or it could be a total bust. The complexity for seting user specific approver that changes based on Opportunity Type, Market, Region, Amount, Margin and Price list for a custom entity called Bids with up to 8 approvers, making hundreds of combinations. Over the last 4 month programmers have built it out and it has been hard coded. With a connecting Approver entity to change approvers based on all of the possible combinations globally. It works as expected but, the last piece to be able to approve in Outlook is not there. Flow is the only product that we think could possibly do this.

Hi @Anonymous,

For the functionality of the currently available Embedded Flow, you could refer to this link to see if it helps you.

Unfortunately, if you want to complete the approval in the Outlook client, it is currently not possible.

If you want to the feature that you mentioned to be supported in Microsoft Flow, or you have more and better ideas about MS Flow, please consider submitting this as an idea in the Microsoft Flow idea forum:

In talking with Stephen Siciliano at CRMUG and via email earlier this month, it was suggested that it could be done. Although, the scope around all trying to be achieved I don't think was properly conveyed to him. Thank you for the reply Barry, I was hoping otherwise.
