Error in adding items to Sharepoint list

Hi all,

I am getting an error when I try to add an item to a SharePoint list. I have attached photos of both the error and my flow. I can't seem to figure out why I am having this problem.

Hello @Anonymous ,

that error message tells you that your list has some column 'Safety...' which is a Number and you're trying to put a value "" in it. Check what value you update into that column, it must be a number or nothing.

Thats the thing, in the forms that I am pulling data from there are 0 options to put a number in and I don't have a column that matches that description.

This is for a very large form (about 150 questions with branching). I have given up on fixing this flow/ list and just burned the whole thing and stared over since I need this for a report coming up this week and its faster to just star over rather than spend more time trying to fix it.
