I`m not experienced in sharepoint nor power automation, but i`m trying to implement a IT helpdesk ticketing system in sharepoint by enabling users to issue a ticket from the IT site in sharepoint, allowing the IT helpdesk to receive an email with the request and the requesting user receives an email notifying that his/her ticket is being attended to....
Already have a form which should serve as the ticket and a list where the request will be presented, both with corresponding fields Now while testing it:
1st step - when new response is submitted
2nd step - apply to all
- response id
- get response detail
- create item
- send email with options (to IT)
- send email with options (to user)
And i keep getting this error :
The execution of template action 'Apply_to_each' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@triggerOutputs()?['body/resourceData/responseId']' is of type 'Integer'. The result must be a valid array.
All fields are populate with the information corresponding to each field, what am i missing here??

Apply to each expects a collection or an array variable, whereas you're passing responseId, so it is getting failed.
It would be great, if you're share the flow screenshot and take a look at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/apply-to-each .
Please refer this post. if you're using Forms to collect the initial data.

as I stated i`m not really that familiar with the process, i was trying to create and take as much advantage as I can from 365 features, since this company works a lot with requests which are basically only done by email...In my opinion not very effective, thus i was only following the "instructions" on this link https://concurrency.com/blog/february-2019/create-a-simple-ticketing-system-in-sharepoint-onl but it seems i`m missing something.

You no need to use the Apply to each and directly you should be able to read the Form response.
