Error triggering flow when Common Data Service record owner changes

I need my flow to trigger when a contact is created or the owner changes. The flow will not run because of this error with the trigger:

"The following filtering attributes are not valid: _ownerid_value"

Can you replace the filtering attribute with ownerid
