Hi,
I am trying to add a predict step to my flow after an email is received. I get the model that is built however I am receiving the below error:
Encountered internal server error from the XRM API. The tracking Id is '6ddfd22c-5ceb-4e95-91e2-7d99aca92f94'.
Solved! Go to Solution.
If you have the right permissions then it looks like an internal error. If problem persists after few hours please raise a support ticket with MS Power Automate support team.
Thanks

Learn more from my blogHi @abm ,
I have just started to create the flow. Here is a screenshot for the same. I need to take the attachment from the mail (PDF) and then have the model read the PDF and store all the information in variables.

Leon
Thanks for the screenshot. So where you mapping the attachment content. Where you getting the error?

Learn more from my blogHi @abm ,
I am new to flow. Where and how do you map the attachment content. When the email is received with the attachment PDF the next step from Predict should take that document as Input for further processing. I am getting the error at the predict stage and no other details are present.
The predict stage should actually give the fields that are present in the model.

Leon
Please see this post and may be useful.

Hi @askondo ,
The error still persists. I will raise a ticket with the Service Desk. Is there a link I can access to create a ticket.

Learn more from my blogHi @leonkacherikar,
Thanks for reporting this issue.
I just wanted to let you know that you can now use the more user friendly AI Builder actions in your flows instead of the predict action:
