Error when item is deleted in Sharepoint List - The response is not in a JSON format.

Hi all,

I have 2 lists in sharepoint. I have a unique identified in both lists: List A "ID" = List B "requested_ID"

When an item is deleted in List A, I want the items with the same requested_ID to be deleted in list B.

Currently my flow looks like this, but during the trigger "When item is deleted" I have the error message "The response is not in a JSON format."

Could you please help me figure out how to fix this issue? Thank you!

Hi @dchiu

The error is in first step says unauthorized. Try authorising the connection again and run the flow.

After your response I realized it's because you need to have site collection administrator rights in order to execute this trigger.

Unfortunately I could not get these rights, so I had to find another workaround without the use of power automate.

Thank you for helping though!
