Hi everyone! First post on here so go easy on me
Please see the screenshot below (disregard the fact that it’s from Edge for iPad 😄)
Basically what I’m trying to do is fill in a template word doc with response details from the form, save it as a file in SharePoint in a separate folder, then let the team(s) know a client completed the form. That works great, but I’d like to attach the saved file made from the template to the Flow Bot post. This is the error I get when trying to attach it - “the payload is too large”
**The Form is about 12 questions of all string value responses, the word doc is a 2 page document with nothing fancy**
Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks!

Hi @rhelder
Ok so try the below format and syntax (use those brackets).
[Bing](https://www.bing.com/)
Text formatting in cards - Teams | Microsoft Docs
See Mark down formatting: O365 Connector Cards
Thanks

Looks like you hitting the limitation of the payload. Can you could post a link of your SharePoint word document?

Interesting it doesn't looks like a lot but it has some graph pictures. Try posting without that graph and see whether that works or not. This is just to make sure that graph is creating the issue.
Thanks

Learn more from my blogI removed the images but the underlying word doc was still 35 KB and the flow failed for the same error reason. Alternatively, do you know if there is a way to have Flow Bot attach the file link instead of the entire file? Essentially making the post look like it would if a Teams user shared a link in a post to a sharepoint file?
