Hi team,
Need help!
My flow auto rejects even after assigned approvers approve the request.
Flow works fine when I have a single approver assigned.
Under the condition, I'm using the outcome as shown in the image below
Thanks in advance.
If you have multiple approvers then Outcome will be a comma delimited list of the responses. So if you have two approvers then it will be something like "Approve, Approve" or "Approve, Reject". So I normally do a condition on whether Outcome contains "Reject" to decide if it was approved or rejected.
@Pstork1
Thanks for the reply!
In my flow, approvers would be dynamic so sometimes it can be one, two, three, four or more so please help me with the solution.
As I said, that's why I normally check whether the Outcome CONTAINS Reject. If it does then the approval was rejected. If it doesn't then everyone Approved, no matter how many there were.
If you check using Outcome Contains Reject then the logic switches. So with that condition the No Side will be the Approved Items and the Yes side will be the Rejected ones. This shows that the No Side ran, but you didn't adjust the email to match the change in logic.
